Lesson 266: THE BOOK OF REVELATION – PART 30: REV. 1-4

INTRODUCTION:

In the last part of this series, we saw some of the things that will happen after the wedding of the Lamb. Today, as we begin a study of chapter 20, we shall see how the Bridegroom and the Bride began their honeymoon on the earth. May the Lord bless us richly as we study in Jesus Name. Amen.

1. NOT EVEN SATAN IS BEYOND THE CONTROL OF GOD

Nothing is beyond the control of God. When He is ready to deal with Satan, it takes only one angel to bind the devil and imprison him for one thousand year. Also, the Bible teachers that there will be two resurrections the first for believers, the second for the wicked dead.

2. THE HONEYMOON THAT LASTS 1000 YEARS

The honeymoon of Christ and His Bride will last 1000 years. This is the period known as the Millennium, the period that even animals look forward to. The individual share of authority at that time will be strictly determined by the amount of souls that each individual converts to Christ.
