This new man is called the false prophet and through him and the world church,Christians who are left behind as well as Jew will be sorely persecuted. The sufferings of this period will be so much that Israel will finally repent and Jesus will return with His saints to wipe out the army of the antichrist at Armageddon. Then the reign of Christ for 1,000 years will start. Satan will be out of the way and Kingdom of God on earth will be wonderful, Rev. 20:1 -6.
