Lesson 258: THE BOOK OF REVELATION – PART 22

INTRODUCTION:
In the last part of this series, we examined the case of the wonder woman and her child in Chapter 12. We saw how the woman is the nation of Israel and the child is Christ. Today, we wish to examine Chapter 13. of the Book of Revelation even as we come face to face with the unholy trinity of the devil, the antichrist and the false prophet. May the Lord bless us as we study in Jesus name. Amen.

1. THE ANTICHRIST IS THE BEAST.

The Antichrist, who is also revealed here as the Beast, is a composition of the 4 terrible beasts of the Book of Daniel. That alone is enough to show us how evil he will be. That he comes “out of the sea” implies his emergence will be out of a would in chaos economically, politically and socially.

2. THE MARK 666

A second beast came from the land to complete the unholy trinity of the devil, his “Son” the antichrist and the false prophet the antichrist the spirit. The implications of receiving the mark of the antichrist are many and terrible. These include the facts that whosoever bears the mark is sold out to devil and cannot be met. Consequently they will suffer forever.
