Lesson 263: THE BOOK OF REVELATION – PART 28: REV. 19:1-10

INTRODUCTION:
In the last part of this series, we saw the destruction of Babylon the city that is the headquarters of the antichrist. We saw the kings of the worlds, the merchants, the importer and exporters mourned because of the loss they sustained as a result of the destruction of Babylon not because they loved her. Today, as we begin a study of Rev. 19, we shall look in details at the marriage of the lamb, may God bless us as study in Jesus Name. Amen.

1. THAT CHRIST MARRIAGE HAD BEEN DETERMINED BEFORE THE WORLD BEGAN.

While the people of the world were mourning the destruction of Babylon, the host of heaven were roaring “halleluyah choruses” to God. One of the reasons for these shouts of joy was that the marriage of the Lamb, foreordained before the world began, long awaited and much expected, had finally come to pass.

2. SOME THINGS TO NOTE ABOUT THIS UNIQUE WEDDING

There are several ways in which the marriage of the Lamb is unique. Apart from being the wedding of the ages, the courtship that led to it is the longest the world had ever known.
