Lesson 277: SAMSON; A STUDY IN “THE ANOINTING” – PART 1

INTRODUCTION:
What is the anointing? What can it do? When is it needed? Who can have it? What can hinder or prevent it from functioning? These and similar questions will be answered in this series as we use Samson as a case study, may the Lord bless us as we study at His feet in Jesus Name.

1. THE ANOINTING BREAKS THE YOKE

The closest way to describe the anointing is “Divine electricity”. Like physical electricity, it can produce heat, light, sound etc. Handled wrongly it can kill. But principally it is to enable humans to do supernatural things. It can break any yoke of the enemy.

2. ANOINTING FUNCTIONS BEST IMPURE VESSELS

Just like electricity, anointing flows best when the conductor is purest. The one through whom anointing must flow is a privileged person. And special privileged implies by special responsibilities.
