Lesson 287: SELF EXAMINATION

INTRODUCTION:
Self-examination is the ascending of our true state and character before God. It is seeing whether the tree has been made good, whether we are converted or not, may the Lord bless us richly as we study as His feet in Jesus Name. Amen.

1. REASONS FOR SELF EXAMINATION

The lamb of profession may be taken and like others we may be waiting for the bridegroom, there are some who received the word with gladness, who after all were but story ground hearers e.g. Felix and Agrippa.

2. WHAT DOES IT MEANS TO BE IN FAITH

Having the true faith of a disciple of Christ, Living in the Kingdom, the fruit of the Spirit will be manifested and obedient to His word.

3. HOW TO EXAMINE OURSELVES

The standard of spiritual examination is the word of God, the true mirror the only standard of true holiness, it should be a daily exercise and not others examination.
