Lesson 377: JOSEPH: A STUDY IN DIVINE FAITHFULNESS – PART 16

INTRODUCTION:
n the last part of this series, we saw that our God of purpose and that everything He does if for a purpose. Today we continue on the same theme and pray that God will bless us richly as we study in Jesus Name. Amen.

1. THE PURPOSE OF GOD SHALL STAND
To fulfil His purpose, God usually chooses someone Gen. 45:4-8; Gen. 37:3-4; Gen. 37:23-27; Gen. 39:1-4; Gen. 39:20-21; Rom. 8:37; Gen. 41:39-40; Gen. 39:7-9; I Sam. 2:30; I Sam. 13:13-14. The chosen one may have problems, but God will not forsake him. He will over-come in each and every trial and provided he does not offend God, he will reach the goal that God had set for him.

2. GOD CAN CHOOSE ANYONE, EVEN YOU
The chosen one does not have to be the eldest or youngest I Pet. 2:9. It could be anyone. It could be anyone. It could be you. And if it is you, His purpose for you is clear. I Sam. 2:26; I Sam. 16:11-12; Exo. 2:1-4; John 15:16; Exo. 19:5-6.
