Lesson 470: JESUS IS THE WAY (JOHN1:1-4) Part 3

INTRODUCTION

In the last part of this series, we studied the steps to true Blessing. As we continue this study, we would be examining the Way to Health. Christ came to this earth to bring more than a religion, more than code of teachings, more than a system of Christian living. We pray that God would bless us as we study under His feet in Jesus name, Amen
1. THE WORD
Before ever the world was, the Word was; for the Word is God. John1:1 John17: 5; 1John1:1;5,7; Rev .19: 13.The Word is the Creator of all that is, Visible and Invisible – John.1, 3; Col. 16; Rom.1, 20.Therefore perfectly fit to be our way to health and peace.

2. The Way to Health:
Those who believed on Him were born again and made the sons of God thereby, enjoy the perfect health. John1:12-13; Phil.2:15. Disobedience from the Garden of Eden took away perfect health and peace -Gen.3:17-19. Since then humanity had been under curse and live almost all the time on tablets, injections and doctors. Deut.28:22, 27-28; 30, 60, 66-67.
Doctors are good, but the life in Christ and his word is a medicine for our body. Pro.4:20-22; Ps.107:20, Matt 8:8, 13; John 6:63; Acts 14:7-10.
3. How Does the Healing Come? Through the stripes
I Pet.2:24, Isaiah 53:5;
4. How to Receive: By accepting Jesus the way -Ex.15:26; Ps.103:3.
