Lesson 474: TREE BY THE RIVER SIDE – Part 5

INTRODUCTION:
In the last part of this series, we saw that the tree uses its roots to drink and quench its thirst. We saw also that any man who wants can drink to the full from the river of God. Today as we continue with our study, May God satisfy us in Jesus name, Amen.

1. YOUR SPIRITUAL STANDING GREATLY AFFECTS YOUR PHYSICAL AND MATERIAL WELL-BEING.
The tree by the riverside prospers; its leaves never wither. Similarly, the man by the rivers of God, learning and doing the will of God, will prosper physically, materially and spiritually.

2. IF YOU HAD MOVED AWAY FROM THE RIVERSIDE, RETURN SOONEST
Prosperity is for a purpose, if the purpose is abused; prosperity can become a curse. Fortunately, our God is merciful and is willing to heal backsliders.
