Step 1: Click on the link GraceChapel OneChurch Software to access the OneChurch webpage.

Step 2: Navigate to the Account Login page: Look for the “Register” button, usually located below the username and password field. Click on it to go to the registration page.

Step 3: Enter your email address: You’ll be asked to enter your email address. This is because the system will check if you already have an active profile in the system. After entering the email and clicking the “Check” button, the system will look for an active person profile that has a primary email matching the one provided.

Step 4: Complete the registration process: Depending on the result, you’ll be guided through the next steps. If your profile is matched, you’ll be sent an email where you can set your password and be given access to that profile. If your account already exists, you should use the “Forgot Password” feature to reset your password1. If no profile is found, you’ll be asked to create a new profile by providing your name, phone number, and gender. If multiple profiles are matched, a pending request will be added to the system for someone to approve.

Step 5: Verify your Email Address: Check your email for a verification message from OneChurch Software. Click on the link in the email to verify your account.

Step 6: Proceed to enter your details, as shown below. Once you submit the form, you will receive an email where you will be instructed to set your password. After you set one, you will have access to the system.

Step 7: After you’ve set up and created your password, click submit to return to the account dashboard.
